This company NEVER responds and when calling the phone numbers or checking the status they say they have nothing to do with this rebate. I resent everything with letter twice and still never heard from them. I will file a complaint with the BBB and I guess teh Attorney General. Cognigen sent me the phones AND LABELS EVERYWHERE! I sent Inphonic everything from the Verizon 1st & 6th month bill, the sales receipt and gave them every number I could find (I still have the rest of the original box). I feel they are making this difficult so that they can blame it on us and the rebate will expire!
