Qitel Communications - Integretel Scam artists whom like to play games Plano Texas

I got a call on Novemver 29 from Qitel Comm. offering me a free brand new Samsung Flip phone and told me that all I would be charged was a one time fee of $34.95 for the voicemail set up fee and then a monthly fee of $19.95. I was under the impression that these fee's would not show up until I paid for and received the phone, which was basically not new and not free at all.

I finally got the coupon for the phone in the mail and thought that this company sounded fishy so I decided not to have anything to do with them. Well I got my phone bill in the mai this morning and the charges for $56.55 was on there and I had never even bought the supposed "free phone".

I called Qitel Communications and told them to take the charges off of my bill and the rude customer service represenative told me no that they had recorded me saying i wanted this service and proceeded to play the recording to me. Then told me the charges would not be taken off.

I then called my phone company Sbc and they took the charges off, so that Integretel would have to do their own billing to me, thank goodness. I will not pay this bill and am glad I tried to look them up on the internet or I would have never known the messes this company had already created. They can bill me till the are blue in the face, I refuse to pay for something from a company that makes their money off of scamming people into buying their service.

They are rude to people when they call to dispute these charges because they know they are wrong and that they are thieves trying to keep their money. They are liars and cheats and somebody needs to PLEASE put them out of business so more people don't have to deal with this. If I have to I will contact the Attorney General and deal with it in a legal way if they decide to keep sending a bill for this fraudulent service.

A Piece of advice to anyone who gets a call from these people, hang up right away, these people prey on your cash and have already done their research on you and are ready to tag you for their scam when you answer the phone.
