Sprint Nextel Corporation Bait and Switch their customer service and corporate office suck Overland Park Kansas

I was first offered a plan back in July. When i chatted online with rep. to get plan that I was origanally offered they stated the will not offer me the plan that was first offered to me. I advised them that sprint had the habit of always going against their word. I was then offered another plan which I took. After receiving my bill it was incorrect again. I then called corporate office and they proceeded to advise me that this second rate (that was just recently offered) is also not available. The pulled a bait and switch. They offered me an unbelievable low pprice plan so naturally I jumped at that chance. Yet I get my bill it is still higher than what was advised. Then the corporate office offered me something different still higher than previously offered only this time they said it is for one year. When I advised them bait and switch was illegal she stated they can not offer me that service for that price since it is not available. I proceeded to advise them that that is exactly what bait and switch is. To offer consumer something at an unbelievable price then turn around and charge them more. I have been dealing with this issue since July and no resolution has come out of it. Rep. asked me why dont I just leave, at one point Anne Howell even said she can cancel my contract for too many complaints. I advised Sprint that the only reason I stay with them is they have the best network coverage but worst customer service and that is why I stay I also proceeded to advise I am contemplating taking legal action against the company which she did not care. I have requested on two occassions copies of the complaints I have had with them under the freedom of information act and they still refuse to send me that information. I am tired of calling practically every month to get something corrected. I have requested to speak to CEO on several occassions and he refuse.
