Here is an email I sent to customercare@t-mobile.com:

Dear T-mobile,
I have been having a problem of not be able to getting any signal to my cell phone since we moved from Minneapolis to San Diego 3 months ago. when I called finally after waited a while for the signal to get better, which is not, your customer preventive "Supervisor Ben" picked up the call. first of all, he questioned me not reporting the problem earlier, which I did right away after I moved, but was told it is unfortunate thing, there was nothing else to do but the drawback of living that area.

then he start questioning me why I updated my new address before I moved. I told him that cause we knew that we will not get any internet connection at the new place for a week, in case the bills get lost. we took care of all the address updating before we moved.

then right away, he questioned me that why I went to updating my address after I moved, I said it was another family number who has another line try to verify the address is updated. then he said the address updating is confusing, how I can updating my address before I move?

I explained to him that we found a place months ago before we moved down. then he start complained that at certain day, seems that I updated my address again after I moved.... seems to me like he is back to the circle.

I remind him that I am having a problem of not getting any signal in my house and its entire block, if he can solved the problem for me about the signal, then he said I have to explain why I updated the address twice....

If you are patient enough, after you read above, you can figure it out that this Supervisor Ben is NOT there for helping the customers to solve the problem but to asking unrelated questions to piss off the customer so that he can get out of phone.

I then finally lost it to the "Supervisor Ben" after 20 minutes explaining about my address updating issue: "are you kidding me? I am having a signal problem, can you please forget about the address updating date question focus on the problem?" then he hung up on me!

Nothing else to say, buy NEVER ever t-mobile again, since there is a P-R-I-C-K working there as customer service "Supervisor Ben"!

Now, here is my situation:
No signal of my cell phone in the house and the entire block for 3 months, and have to wait till my contract end without any other choice!
