fed-up with MCi worldcom

Well, i want to first say that WorldCom is s****.> ok, i had made a payment over the phone by check for 227.96. it cleared , i received a note in the mail stating that they received the money, ok fine.. my next bill, which came 2 months later said that i had a previous balance of 227.96, plus the 129.18 for the current charges. I Paid the 227.96 over the phone!! so, what i did was , i just paid them the 129.18 for the current charges. i dont know if in that 129.18 was included a late charge for the 227.96 they claim i never paid.

The check for 129.18 CLEARED. NOW, i received a bill that says i owe 655.58!!! they are saying that i have a previous bablance of 357.14. plus a 298.44 current charges. i had called them up, waited for almost 40 minutes foe them to answer my call, and i explained everything to them, they said they were going to take care of it.

YESTERDAY, i received a letter from WorldCom stating that my bills are now in danger with them!!! let me tell you , worldcom has to be the worst company i have ever dealt with . i just called them in regards to the DANGER letter, and i keep getting disconnected due to HIGH voulume of calls.

ALSO- I HAD MADE AN ADJUSTMENT OVER THE PHONE TO ADD MORE MINUTES TO MY PLAN FOR 10 DOLLARS MORE. IT WAS NEVER DONE AND I THOUGHT I HAD EXTRA MINUTES WHEN I REALLY DIDNT , SO I GOT CHARGED FOR GOING OVER MY AIR TIME
