Description: I purchased to (2) Motorola RAZR phones through younevercall.com on 9/23/05 (order#*********). I was told that I would receive two seperate rebates after I sent them the rebate forms as well as billing statements for the first two months through t-mobile. I sent all the necessary info in December of 05'.

On 2/17/06 InPhonic, Inc. advised me my rebates were received and being processed. Please allow 10-12 weeks.

I contaced them on 5/1/06 to let them know I did not receive the rebates and they told me "You have two rebate submissions in our records and both are currently being reviewed for accuracy- Please allow 2 weeks."

The last time I contaced them on 5/31/06 and I was told the review was successful and to allow ANOTHER 10-12 weeks.

I have had it up to here with younevercall.com and Inphonic, Inc. If either even dare to write a rebuttal trying to point fingers at each other remember this if you are affiliated and one screws up you are both at fault.

I promise to do everything in my power to take both companies down and this was step two after I filed with the BBB.

The worst part is that younevercall.com still has an "A" rating with the BBB all because we are attacking InPhonic without aknowlegeing it was younevercall.com that started the swindle!

Plain & Simple......You LOSE

Libel? Plain and simple. I ordered from you in September of 2005 which included a $225 rebate, followed the directions but the rebate never came through. You do the math; libel? I don't think so.

Say what you may but you can't beat black and white.

Do you want your rebate issue solved on not? or are you still standing behind your solomn oath to destroy my company:

"I promise to do everything in my power to take both companies down and this was step two after I filed with the BBB."

We will wait to hear back from you. We will also notify the BBB of your threats and libel.

I did some research on younevercall.com and it just so happens that being an "affiliate" of InPhonic means they (younevercall.com) build the website and choose a web address and INPHONIC gets the orer, ships the phones and handles the rebates and in return for the new website that scam people who already know about Wirefly and InPhonic, younevercall.com gets commission! It's really simple and anyone can do it just in case there are people out there that would like to claim "a family business with BBB A ratings" just go to InPhonic.com and have a hand in scam a fellow citizen.

Sam do me a favor and stop defending your make shift company, you can't be of assistance which basically makes you worthless to me. Your a "Grade A" guy!

If I don't get what is promised from your site I should not have to deal with your affiliates.

"You sleep with pigs- you end up smelling like them."

1st I'd like to say that I did contact your company to know avail. Maybe instead of answering ripoff reports you should start with the actual customers who gave you the benefit of the doubt.

2nd when I chose to buy phones from your company I assumed I would be dealing with said company. Turns out there's affiliates (or whatever) involved such as Wirefly and Inphonic.

Your responsiblity is to your customer and my order lies with you directly. If I don't get what is promised from your site I should not have to deal with your affiliates.

Sincerely,

Hi Muriel,

Imagine my surprise today 06/06/06 when I got a letter from the BBB - the first contact from this customer.

Frankly it looks like we messed up here. But I wonder why the customer chose to post a complaint to this site before (or maybe at the same time?) as the ir complaint to the BBB? Did you notice that my personal email and phone number are easily accessible from the BBB link on the YouNeverCall website? Would it not have been a good idea to first contact someone and then decide that it is time to bring down the company.

Also - talk about "bringing YouNeverCall and Inphonic down" over a possible mishandling of a single rebate may indicate that you have other issues beyond the rebate.

The following is a quote from the BBB Complaint:

'If you lgo to www.ripoffreport.com and look under "younevercall.com" and Inphonic, Inc" You will see hundreds of complaints for the same thing. Something needs to be done.'

From what I can see there have been 3 complaints posted against YouNeverCall out of over 100,000 orders in the past 3 years. So 99.9% of our customers have not lodged complaints her - or anywhere else for that matter.

We will be addressing your actual issue regardless of your desire to take down our company. Stay tuned for our response via the BBB.

We welcome you to post here again when we have addressed your issue.
