1st off,let me say that I have no animosity towards these people, but when wrong is wrong I have to let it be know.
Johnathan and Jason or so I say J&J are a two headed snake. Johnathan does the scheduling and Jason does the paying. Its crazy when you go to work or meet two individuals who make your stomach turn so much because you never know wht they are gonna say or do. I am going to state solely facts and evidence. This is not an opinon nor notion put pure fiction.
I came into this company believing that this was a great company, highest commision(up to 160), no mangement( wait I forgot they added managers or should i say liars and spies) especially Jeff Chandler and Jerome.Get any phone verizon has and put it on ur check(at reatil price of course) and last but not least no taxes, get all ur money on one check. So why the complaint. Well where do I start. If you make 3000 in commish you get 1500. Whatever you make they will take up to 35-50% from what expected, and why and how can they do this, by simply saying phones are missing which makes no sense whats so ever because for one esn's get tracked and can easily be traced, for two they probably have insurance that covers lost or theft with a police report involved, and for three, anybody could have taken them from the person working after you, to the manager/spy/liar to themselves. So this is a result in robbery, and taking no loss but in some sense profit because they over price the phones at which they originally bought them for. I know because I know phone distrubutors and there pricing is way lower then what they tell us, and also when I mentioned that I know cheaper phone sellers and offered to save the company money they said that they dont want to change becasue they been doing buisness with that company for a long time. So again what person you know dont want to save money. And accessories, come on they do not pay 10 dollars for them, they pay 50 cent and they know it but again still making profits. Thats the key to there game.
A quick break and common knowledge, any company that specifies in making profits which is pretty much what all goals are for a company are to maximize profits, cut costs, and make things better than what really are. And there are two ways to do this, good or bad. Right way or wrong way, quick or slow. Cellular sales does it the bad way, wrong way, and quick way. They will steal from their employees, to maximize profits and cut costs, they will make the employee's pay for all missing equipment, they will make you get incorporated just so they can do take invasion and last but not least report to the IRS that you made more money than what you took home.
I know simply crazy. They owners of the company are druggies who needs to to steal from a employee to support their habits. And whatever you do dont get on their bad side. They will "black ball" you. Trust me I know, they will give you all bad shifts, and wont let you work at the better locations even if you stay 5 minutes away, but remember that the reason for giving people shifts is based upon where you live, and they will give you bad hours too. The whole reason for this was to make you quit or make no money because they wont power over your earnings. They will have their managers go inside your brief case and snoop through it like they did me, ( thanks Jerome), or they will have them steal or try to set you up ( thanks Jeff). And of course if they ask you to cover a shift you better say yes or your pretty much screwed.
At the end of the day I figured it out not before they took more than half my earnings, and sucked me dry with more BS than I could handle. So if your employeed by this company you better get your lawyers ready and get your sue on. I now I am.
