Ok first of all I am an ex employee that had met the quota every month but demanded better working environment as well as a pay guarantee. There is no reason that someone should be stuck in a store all day long that is two hours away and not make a dime. Cellular sales is notorious for this tho! They promise the world and deliver nothing except an empty gas tank and wallet. When you ask these 2 regional directors for help they are quick to say how bad of a job your doing and they will not help you, but they end up helping hour Coworker who you out perform every month. Makes no sense at all... They are worthless...

I have been in the wireless industry for 6-7 years and this is by far the the worst employee yet alone company I have ever worked for.

THEY ACCUSE EMPLOYEES OF THEFT TO COLLECT THE INSURANCE MONEY ON THE "STOLEN" GOODS. JARED- Jared is a "model" employee that works on an "events team" that barely is afloat!! When not doing his events he is often found under the regional directors desk, gaining promotions and much more! He is a complete suck up and can not even sell phones. I have worked with him multiple times and he just sits there and collects half of my commission (aka share). CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF HIS TACTICS.

What we have here is yet another person with bitter feelings because they could not hack it in the company.  First lets start with the "two drunks".  These two, so called "drunks" are the two nicest and most genuine people I have ever met, let alone worked for.  I have personally seen them bend over backwards and beyond to help ANYONE that works for them.  Myself included in that statement.  And all the other people that still work for them will tell you the same thing.  I still work for the company and am quite happy there.  Part of the reason that I love my job is because of those two people that I work for.  To refer to those two individuals as anything less then genuine and upstanding people as well as bosses is the real joke!  My opinion is that the person that wrote the original report is bitter, because our RD's did their duties as they often have to do, and let the person go from the company. I can tell you that they don't fire people with no cause or just reason.  

Now, lets talk about the draft.  The statement "there newest scam is to simply leave you off the draft with no formal firing or layoff."  is only somewhat true.  What this person failed to mention is the company standards, that EVERYONE is made aware of when they first start.  Every company in the wireless industry is numbers driven.  Thats just the way it is.  No matter if its AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc.. If you can't do the numbers then why should you be employed by that company?  The draft is a privilege.  The draft allows you to pick the days and hours that suit your needs best, rather then being at the mercy of someone else making your schedule for you.  What they also failed to mention is the fact, that just because you were not allowed to draft does not mean you can not work.  You could pick up shifts that aren't taken, pick up shifts that people want to give up, or even do your own outside sales.  And the reason they weren't allowed to draft is due to the fact that they couldn't produce numbers.  Well, tough.  Thats life!  

To be upset about being fired or let go is one thing but to insult the two people you used to work for and disrespect them, when they did nothing wrong is just plain rude and says a lot about your character.  If they were as bad as you made them out to be, I highly doubt that anyone would want to work for them.  But that's not the case.  There are plenty of people that still work for them and have no complaints and there are plenty of people that left on good terms.

The original report was just a bitter person ranting and making up lies to make themselves feel better about not working there anymore.  When you have a real and true complaint to make, I look forward to reading it.  Until then, keep your rude, disrespectful, and hateful comments to yourself.
