Cellularchoices rebate ripoff deliberate delay of $ 170.00 cell phone mail in rebate Sherwood Oregon

I purchased a cell phone from cellular choices via internet --www.cellularchoices.net with a promise of a rebate of $170.00 Inphonic rebate center in White Bear Lake MN PO Box 100550

My rebate claim was delivered by certified mail on August 16, 2006. My rebate claim was approved as early as 10-18-2006 , but still no check.
The website for cellularchoices.net does not provide a mailing address . Its ABOUT US shows it is Oregon based. I was unable to locate the address using internet yellow pages. A check on the BBB's website serving Alaska ,Oregon and Western Washington, shows Cellular Choices is a sole proprietorship and business start date as February 2002. Its web site is shown as www.cellularchoices.net. The business's phone is working and automatated answering says cellularchoices leave your name and phone and message.

Note; rebate claims form states as follows:
You will receive a check for the amount of $170.00 within 10-12-weeks of our receipt of your rebate request.

The phone representative with the rebate center seems to lack basic math skills and unable to recognize numbers and can't count weeks starting with August 16, 2006. The managers at the seem to lack the same basic math skills.
