I have three phones in my name from this company. ((ROR REDACTED NAME AND PHONE NUMBER FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) I have just learned i am being billed in advance for my monthly charges ,However, there billing period lets say is from 10-21-06-- 11-20-06. Now the company claims that after 11-09-06 i am to be charged a late charge???. How can, or is this legal.??? If i have not passed the Nov. 20th date, then how can I be billed a late charged after Nov.09th.??. Now, The point of all of this is as follows: This company seems to pocket monies before they should plus, the fact that they get their money plus the tax money in advance .?? Should the attorney generals office be notifed???!! Please let me know if this is legal ??I am at this point , dumb founded !!?? please let me know as soon as possible what I can do, If anything.??? Should I smiply change companys now??? I feel I have been riped-off for years. Can I do anything.???

pLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS RIP-OFF WAS NOT FROM OKLAHOMAA City, Oklahoma and in fact from Kingston New York, 12401 for the Zip code!! Sorry for the error, and thats from Thomas J. Basciano which is my correct name. You can come see me any time!! I will not back back down from what is right and what is wrong.... My follow-up is as follows: Please watch your bills, this company will bill you for calls that you have not made!! take note:.....411 call are an additional charge, but yet if you work Two jobs, you might not notice this EXTRA CHARGE!! Again be careful!!! They Will Kiss You,..... \Get It!! You Wiil....... The Bill!!!!!!
