These guys are dishonest. I bought a code for a blackberry and didnt work. So they ask me to send the cellphone to their location in Florida. I had comunication with for the first couple of times via email now its almost 7 months and I still haven't got my cellphone nor answer. I tried calling them and email, no luck. I left a message on their voicemail. If you call their number and try all extensions you get the voicemail.

I think it was bad communication between your company and myself. I didnt know that you had to send it to another company. I wouldnt had made any reports if I knew that. My apologies but In a way you should have told me that on the first email. But I guess we both learn something, for me to ask more questions, and for you to give for info. Thank you for your help. I will definitely use your services.

Dear Customer,
As explained by email, the unlock code we sent you was 100% correct, the reason it didn't work was because your phone had a blocked counter which happens when someone previously tried unlocking the phone more then 10 times with the wrong code.
We then offered you alternate options to get the phone unlock and which is the only way to do so by sending it to a service center that offers what we call DM3 Unlocking. They are a completely separate company from us and we have no control over their turnaround times and some take longer.
We have asked them for the phone to be returned even if not unlocked. They process thousand of phones every week, it is in no one's intention to keep a phone deliberately. Your phone is the way back.
If you get voicemail when calling it usually means the phones lines are busy, but we also offer email support and can assure you we reply to every email we get.
Thank you for your understanding.
