11/13/2015  Submitted funds to purchase unlock code.

11/13/2015 received email that I gave the wrong IMEI number

11/13/2015 One hour after getting email submitted correct IMEI

11/18/2015 After sending numerious emails and facebooks msgs got this response

                We are looking into the IMEI you submitted. Thank you

 

11/20/2015 Found contact phone number and called several times only got voicemail.  Finally got this email

As mentioned before we are not able to cancel while the order is in process at the code source.

If this order comes back as not found at the current search we will try to cancel and then refund.

But until we get the results from the current search and wait before any action can be done.

1.  Your ability to cancel or not has never mentioned at all.  
2.  You've mentioned I initially gave you the wrong IMEI number.  Within eight hours of my providing it, but you have had six days with the right number and still don't know?  
3.  You seldom answer emails.
4.  You never answer the phone 
5.  Yet your Facebook says your always open
6.  I still don't have the product I purchased. 

And frankly I think your excuse is... a fabrication.

Give me a refund!  I have returned the phone.  I can't wait for your lack of communication or lies.

We have served over 1.2 MILLION happy and satified customers. This particular customer did not want to follow rules or procedures. In terms of the process, there is one simple rule and this is a industry standard and not just our policy. Once a order is IN PROCESS it cannot be cancelled WHILE IN PROCESS. EACH customer must agree to the posted SalesTerms or the system will not allow the sale to complete. The terms are posted and are offered to the cusomer to view at time of purchase. I have included the terms that this very customer was presented in this Rebuttel as a Attachment. We requested the customer to verify information as our primary code source server did not find their code in the database. We have no less then 6 Database servers for the LG phones both carrier and manufacturer based systems. Each has a ESTINATED delivery window  1 to 7 days. So 1 to 7 days times 6 possible database servers, it may take a bit to complete. In MOST cases an estimated 95% are completed within the first two database searches. Due the time possiblities and variable window, we post that ALL times are estimates and not exact times and that we may check other resources to complete the order which may delay the delivery. The Estimated times are posted in the item description with red bold type.

In this particular buyer's case it took a total of 17 days from order to refund which includes 3 days delayed waiting for the customer to resond to the Phone's IMEI, carrier and model verification. We needed verification as we want to limit any unecessary delays for wrong information that maybe submitted.

The custumer forgot to mention thy did get their refund on 11/30 and rather make uwarranted posts on the internet.

This was not perfect and not the way we like to have a process go but there are rules that need to be followed and procedure that must be completed. Ask our other 1.2 million happy customers.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Buyer Requirements:

- CellUnlock.net Guarantees 100% to fully and permanently unlock the customers cellular phones network. It will be the customers responsibility to verify the phone in which they are unlocking will be compatible with the network they wish to use it on.

- Some devices may require a Non-accepted Sim card in order to unlock the device. A Non-accepted Sim card is any Sim card which is from a different carrier than the locked device. Please note, it does not have to be active.

- If the unlock code has been sent and the IMEI number supplied was incorrect, or if the phone was already unlocked prior to placing this order, CellUnlock.net may reserve the right to refuse a refund.

- If the current carrier phone is locked to that was supplied was incorrect, CellUnlock.net may reserve the right to refuse a refund.

- Some devices have a limited amount of attempts to input the code. If the device is previously hard-locked (0 attempts left to input the code) or the phone becomes hard-locked without contacting us first when there are below 5 attempts left, there will be no refunds.

- If a custom ROM has been installed on the device, it may be required to restore the original ROM in order to successfully use the Unlock Code.

- The device which is being unlocked cannot be blacklisted, barred, or reported lost or stolen. CellUnlock.net will not be responsible if a code is generated and the device is successfully or unsuccessfully unlocked and cannot be used on certain networks due to being blacklisted, barred, or reported lost or stolen

iPhone verification: If you believe your iPhone is not unlocked or code is not working. Then a verify option is required to check the unlocking status. Please note Verify can ONLY be completed within 5 days of the unlock and after 5 days we will not be able to verify IMEI from source nor refund. So, its mandatory that you must ask us to verify within 5 days since your order was completed. 

UNLOCK CODES CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY: 
- Once an Unlock Code order is placed, it cannot be canceled, because we start generating the unlock code the minute the payment is completed. If you claim the code doesn't work, Refund will only be given if VIDEO PROOF is provided.

- If services have been purchased, absolutely no refunds will be offered if the customer does not consult Cellunlock.net before unlocking their device elsewhere.

- T
he posted turnaround times are an average time and are not guaranteed. All times are business hours Monday through Friday. Many code sources do not supply codes on weekends. Turnaround times may vary from different models, networks, and supplier status. CellUnlock.net is not responsible for carrier or supplier delays. If orders are In Process and delays are result of carrier or supplier, orders cannot be cancelled.

The turnaround time may sometimes exceed the average turnaround time as we may be automatically submitting your order into a secondary database as it was unavailable with the initial database.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS for wrong service or wrong carrier ordered.
