CELLULAR ONE TOOK MONEY OFF MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I ASKED THIS COMPANY TO FAX MY CREDIT CARD CMPANY WITH MY NAME, CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND DATE WITH THE AMOUNT THEY STOLE FROM ME. WELL THEY TELL ME, WITH A REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE EVEN, THAT THEY CANNOT DO THIS AS IT IS A POLICY THEY CANNOT DO THIS. IT IS A SECURITY RISK! TELL ME WHY EVERY OTHER COMPANY WILL DO THIS JUST NOT THIS COMPANY! WELL WHEN THIS IS RESOLVED I WILL BE CANCELING MY PHONE SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY!
