cenco Magazine Services This Company is CRAZY Fresno , California

First I want to start off by saying that I think people who sell items over the phone should have a camera to see you.  My problem with Cenco is that my Father is 76 yrs old, he is quite sick and has been now for over 2 yrs.  Cenco insist that my father ordered Magazines from them but my father says he didnt. they have turned his account over to a collection agancy.
I took over as my fathers Power of attorney in May and I can say that NO MAGAZINES have been recieved for sure . My father has memory problems and only has Social Sercurity . The amount they want from him is almost as much as he gets to live on a month.
I spoke with the Collection Agency an they told me that supposedly the Magazines were orderd Dec. 15, 2010 and Stopped April 1, 2011 , and they say that he ordered 4 magazines for 5 yrs. Well that is just the most stupied thing I have heard of that would put him 81yrs old.
Selling things on the phone I understand its a job , but when someone sells items on the phone they should ask a few question like how old are you ? , what is your monthly income ? These would be important things when it comes to selling something that is going to cost 900.00 by the time its over. I am trying to get it stopped but its not going to good for me. My father swears he didnt order them and that he has never got any magazines at all.
The one thing I know for sure is that anoyone with an elderly parent should make them aware of this company and tell them DONT ORDER  HANG UP DONT LISTEN TO THEIR LIES!!!
They need our protection and I am determined not to pay this 900.00 bill . I am going to do what ever necessary to have it taken care of and not by paying it either
