I once ordered a tuner from this company and did a mistake of a double order.  When I received the second tuner I sent one back and never got refunded.

I hope you got an RMA # from the company before returning the tuner and that you wrote it prominently on the shipping carton.



Many companies will refuse shipment without an RMA #.
