Yes. I agree with you. Centex is truly powerful and it seems like they have their hands in everyone's pocket, including the legal system and our regulatory agencies. However, their day will come. Remember. The bigger they are, the harder they fall. A group of loan sharks such as Centex cannot forever get away with stealing money from poor, honest, hard working people and ruin their lives. There are other companies who have tried what Centex is doing and they have been caught and have had to make some sort of restitution, many of which just started doing it all over again under another name such as what Centex is doing by changing their name to Nationstar. I do not know if you had legal counsel assist you with your situation. Evidently, if you did, Centex got to your legal counsel as they did mine along with the local court system. They are experts at what they do and I could offer you some suggestions if you want to contact me as they have my home up for sheriff's sale on the 22nd of this month so I do not know how much longer I will be here. I have been in litigation with them for over 2 years and no one seems to pay any attention whatsoever. I, too, have been to just about every regulatory agency imaginable and it is purely disgusting. I have files and numerous instances of important issues and violations they performed against me-actual proof--perhaps
