The owner of this company has a very scary history. Gene D. Pierson is a professional Scam artist of many calibers. He rips off his employees and his so called clients. What I found shocked me read and see for yourself
Gene D. Pierson Sr.(President) is a pathological liar, is an alcoholic, and has a DUI conviction with probation. It wouldnt suprise me if he is drunk when he goes to peoples houses as well. I could smell the beer on his breath during his presentation in the office. I was picked randomly from the other telemarketers, appointment setters to inspect the demo window so we could know and believe more in the product we were prommoting over the phone to homeowners. None of the employees or myself ever recieved our comissons and paychecks. There is NO BBB information about this business not to mention his toll free telephone number does not work either
This company and its President are the farthest thing from legit.
p.s. you can buy everything he trys to sell at any home depot or lowes for alot cheaper.

On behalf of Central Florida Exteriors of Orlando, I would like to state that the person that wrote this report was a former employee that was terminated because he was incompitent and lazy. This person, Mike, was the former driver for the President of the company Gene D. Pierson, and felt personally offended when he lost his job, due to his own mistakes. He was not able to perform to satisfaction, but was paid any and all money owed to him. He was never to recieve a bonus, seeing as how he was in a training program at the time of his termination. And being in a training program, you are not eligible to recieve any bonuses or commission.
He was also not a person that you would want to work for your company. He was prejiduce against more than one type of person. He was unable to work with certain people due to the fact that he would say inappropriate things pretaining to a person that he did not agree with. Weather it had to do with race, religion, sexuality, etc.
As for the facts about Mr. Pierson being an alcoholic, he is not. He is a wise and successful man, and honest. If you ask him, he will tell you that yes, he did have a DUI and was placed on probation. But everyone makes mistakes. DUI is a low charge and a simple one to get. DUI's are one of the three highest rated charges that people face. There is nothing to hide, just simply ask for the truth. Mr. Pierson will give it to you.
Central Florida Exteriors of Orlando offers only exclusive products. You are not able to buy these items unless you go through a branch of our company. If you can prove otherwise, we ask that you bring us the proof. We offer nothing but the best and expect our employees to be the best as well. And Mr.Mike, not going to mention last names, is not able to be a part of our company, because he is no where near the best.
