Central Florida Property Maintenance is a false company created by the owner of Florida asset rehab to deceive a company called cyprexx. when working for "cfpm" or "far" you are instructed to NEVER tell a relator or inspector that you work for or are affiliated with Melissa Davis or "far" as it will result in immediate termination of the contract between cfpm and cyprexx resulting in your termination of your job.

I suddenly stopped getting work orders from cfpm for no reason at all.When asked why i was no longer receiving work orders i was told that i had quit without notice. I have never met or even talked to the owner of cfpm who is Melissa Davis's son and is in collage. "cfpm" is supposed to be an independent company that is in no way affiliated with "far" but the coordinator is located in the same office less then 30 feet from Melissa Davis's desk.

I do not recommend anybody working for or using this companies services. this company holds your money for 30-60 days so that they can back charge you. My first check was over ten days late and was shorted over $600 resulting in my power being shut off and having to run a generator so that my family had power. When receiving my last pay stub that was supposed to be a over $900 I was informed that not only was my $900 check taken for back charges but i also owed cfpm over $200 in back charges for properties that were uncompleted due to "my" quitting without notice.

Worst company i've ever dealt with.
