Central Heating and Air Conditioning Failed to deliver warranty called for in contract documents. Atlanta Georgia

Central replaced an air condioning unit in my home with a new unit. The contract called for them to give me their five year warranty on the work, in additon to the manufacture's standard warranty. It took me an extradinary amount of time and effort to get them to send me a so called warrnty document. However, when I looked at the warranty additional terms and conditions, I discovered that in two paragraghs, they had absolved themselves of responsibiility for anything, making the so-called warranty useless.

I have protested this to the company President  and the only response was a condesending letter talking about how difficult warranties are to understand. I have heard nothing from them since my letter of July 6th and thus this appears to be willful misrepresentation.
