Central Investigation of Finance Trying to steal money from me Seattle, Washington DC

A Indian speaking man, i.d.'d himself as Officer James Black. He stated I owe money from the payday loan co of US Cash Advance Center. I have never applied to this co. He also stated that he was currently at court with lawyers and i was being monitered and not to use profanity.He stated that I owed $1500 and they wanted their money or they will being going before the judge in an hour.

He had info i used online before. I could tell he wasnt legit because i could hear a child crying in the background that he tried to cover up. However, i told him a cant do anything until i recieve something in writing, so as of right now im still waiting.  I knew this was a scam, they been calling for awhile i just ignored them because them names given didnt sound legit and now im glad i did answer so can stop these crazy people.
