I went into Central Kia because they were advertising a 2000.00 rebate and my friend who also became my co-signer had just purchased a Sportage the day before. Unfortunately, he did not realize how ripped off he got because he did NOT get a copy of his contract.

Long story short both of our vehicle's with the correct vin# next to the ads were on the internet advertised for 19,745.00. Because we did not recieve a contract we didn't realize that we were really charged 23,360.10. My friend did not recieve the rebate of 2000.00. We both purchased the SAME extended warranty I was charged 2000., he was charged 3001.05. I was charged an additional 399.00 for anti theft etching that I was NEVER asked about. And the biggest lie of all was that even though I didn't trade anything in, my friends vehicle was traded in on both of our contracts!! And of course he owed 10,000 on it and they gave us about 1200.00 writing the balance into our new car notes! I NEED AN ATTORNEY, please anyone who knows of an attorney that deals with these types of SCAMS please contact me asap!

BUYER"S stay as far away from Central Kia as you can! I am paying for my friends car as well as 5000. more than the real price of the car! I hope the extened warranty really is 10 years, I'm going to be paying for this scam for the next 10 years! HELP! were is the CONSUMER protection?????
