Central Legal Services Scam Artist Louisville, Kentucky

I got a call on my cell number and work number yesterday, which I did not answer at the time because I had a customer with me. My ex-in-laws got the same phone call. The person on the message said that she was Taylor, and was with Central Legal Services. She said that she had an investigation started against me and filed with the court. She also mentioned something about a restraining order, which completely baffled me. When I called, they started threatening me, telling me I owed money for something that I don't owe for (seriously!) When I asked for proof, they started yelling saying the police would be showing up at my doorstep to arrest me and they hoped my family would survive after that. These people also called my ex-in-laws and told them all of this too.

These people have ALL of my information, such as SS#, DOB, address, reference information of people I've used on a credit app before, family (and ex-family) information (or maybe they were calling everyone with the same last name as me, since I don't have a land line), etc. But this is not for anything that I owed. I KNOW this is a scam, not only by the fact that this is nothing I owed, but also for their actions/manners are not legal in any way, shape or form, but what in the world can be done to stop these scammers? They are calling my home, work and family on something that is not real trying to panic/bullying me into paying something that is a scam!

Has anyone else dealt with this? And if so, do you have any information on this company that can help put them behind bars?
