BEWARE OF MAJOR FRAUD! HUGE SCAM!
Major track record of not paying for services done on their investment properties. Previous contractors having to show up with police escorts in their attempts to get the money that is owed to them. Previous contractors threatened and kicked off jobsite and tools stolen after requesting payment. This is their normal pattern. Long list of contactors who were terminated without cause or payment and then they will follow up and file fradulent claims in an attempt to scam multiple insurance companies and get insurance check money. Must not be doing well financially or selling may properties if they have to resort to insurance fraud to get their income. Lots of insurance fraud hidden under the facade of a legit Realty Company. Patrick Lee is the face of the company and is extremely unprofessional and has a long pattern of lying, temper tantrums and defamatory harassment when his unrealistic demands are not met and in an attempt to scare people into doing whatever he wants. Also forges documents in his attempts to scam honest hardworking contractors. Stay far away from them and save yourself the problems.
However potential homebuyers also beware, this man and their company cut corners wherever possible to save a buck during their home "flipping" process even at the extent of things being unsafe or unhealthy for potential buyers or tenants (For example: mold hidden under flooring and drywall e.c.t) Cheaply tries to make things look pretty to the eye but setting up the future buyer or tenant for lots of problems and costs. A true narcissistic con man. SEVERAL of the contractors and sub contractors who have worked for this company are filing a class action suit against this company, not a good sign!
For your own safety do not do any work for them or give them any of your homebuying business.

Currently, Silva Design Construction, Inc. is on a 6 months payment plan to repay Central Realty Development, LLC. in the amount of $13,000.00 dollars in total for damages costing Central Realty Development, LLC.
SO HOW DOES A COMPANY CLAIMING CENTRAL REALTY DEVELOPMENT, LLC. OF NOT PAYING ACTUALLY GET PAYMENT BACK FROM THIS COMPANY? TRUTH IS ALWAYS STRONGER THEN ANY MISLEADING INFORMATION.
