I tried to pay my car payment recently and western union said there was no record of the co.(centrix financial) so i came home and called western union and asked if i could get a report on all the payments i ever made,the last 4 years would cost me $75.00 to get reports which is completly fine...i than tried finding a number to contact centrix nothing was available than i decided to gooogle the company...thats when i seen all the rotten things this company(centrix financial) has done to there customers..i than got worried so i added up all my payments i have sent to them it equaled out to almost $24,000!!My car including intrest was only $21,000 and im supposed to pay over another year on this car which would end up being almost $30,000 i would really like to get some advice where to go from here....i am definatly not gonna send them any more money but i definatly dont want my car repoed!!
