I set up service with what seemed to be a very nice person! in fact she gave me what sounded to be a great deal! come to find out there was no deal at all and i am paying more then i agreed to and century link will not fix the issue they are very rude and cant even tell me who i set up service with! if nothing else they should at least honor the deal! however they are charging me more and basicly telling me i have to deal with it!

We decided that even though you didnt fully fix the first issue that we would give century link a second chance!!! We also upgraded with you guys and after we sent the old internet equipmebt back you are trying to charge us 100.00! i will first tell you that it was shipped off after 5 days of getting the new one and i will also tell you i waited thirty days and checked the tracking number and YOU recieved it!!! why would you charge us???? im done im furious
