CenturyLink bills have late fees on every bill whether you are late or not, even when you're balance forward is $0.00!! Not only that, on one bill my late fee is $5.00, a couple months later it's $10.00, and then it goes to $11.00. That is an awful lot of free revenue when they bill every customer $5.00 to $11.00 in standard late fees whether they are late or not.
I'm filing a complaint with the attorney general and encourage everyone else to as well. I have never seen a business with such shady business practices!! When you call them, every employee is extremely rude and is obvious that they could care less in making/keeping their customers happy. They must train on how to be rude!!

You're stating as a fact that Century Link bills "every customer" a "standard" late fee whether late or not....right?
Where, exactly did you get this information and how, also, do they legally get away with this? Please state a reliable source for this far out statement of "fact."
The truth is likely that you're a drama queen.
So far in all the years I'VE had their service, NO "standard" or any other kind of late fee..go figure, it must be everyone BUT me.
