Centurylink Centurylink DSL installed today now all my business phones are down phoenix, Arizona

I called centurylink last week to have DSL installed at my business, they made an appointment for 12-4 today and they would call first. By 3:30 no call, so I call them and to get anything done I had to demand a manager this was a 30 min call by the time I got to the manager. The manager says the computer shows I am scheduled for 6-9PM, I told him no that is not what I was told and explained I am a business so 6-9pm wont work.  He then said I will get someone out within the hour. The tech shows up and was very nice and helpful, he said everything was installed and left.  About an hour later I realized all my business phone lines are down incoming and out going. So it s 7PM and I have to come back to my business at sometime tonight to open it up for the phone line provider to fix what ever century link broke.

It just amazes me that companines like this spend so much on TV ads, and then have service like this, what a waste.

Business's beware and check everything before they leave, I dont get my phone lines through them, but they took all of them down in less than 1/2 hour.
