Certegy Check Services, Inc. Denied business check processing due to computer model Tampa, St. PetersburgTampa, Jacksonville Florida

*Consumer Suggestion: ha,ha, always the x-employee coming otthe rescue

*UPDATE EX-employee responds: The vendor and your check

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Certegy denied a check I wrote to a vender - they said due to a computer model that expected fraud. My company has never bounced a check, has been in business since 1990, and has had the same checking account since it's inception. They're system is at the very least flawed.
This situation has wasted my time, my vendor's money (I had to place this order with a credit card) and my client's trust - I'd already given him the expected delivery date including waiting for his check to clear.
I am frustrated and insulted that a business that has been sued for selling banking and personal information has the right to stop a transaction between my business and a vender I've been doing business with for 20 years!!!

#2 UPDATE EX-employee responds

The vendor and your check

AUTHOR: Marx2k - (U.S.A.)

Don't forget that the vendor is always free to accept your check at their own risk. They use Certegy as a guarantor that if the check bounces, Certegy will pay them (the vendor) the amount owed on the check and it's then out of the vendors hands/hair.
