Certegy Payment Recovery Services cannot resolve issue Saint Petersburg Florida

Certegy Payment Recovery Services Inc. states that my wireless provider sent a claim to them for a returned check that did not clear, I went to my wireless provider and paid that amount in full and my account was up to date and paid in full. I never received any notification from the bank or my wireless company that there was a problem except that it needed to be paid which I did. I sent (CPRS) a certified letter w/a copy of the bill and an explanation, "which by the way they tried telling me they never received", I have made many attempts to resolve this issue to no avail, Certegy says the information I sent is not good enough. How can I resolve this issue if the proof I send them is not acceptable in their eyes? They call everyday and send letters every month stating that I am making no attempt to resolve this matter. Can someone please help me to resolve this matter, this company needs to be stopped from ruining someones credit and trying to collect money that is not owed.
