My name is LaKeisha and I purchased a car from Chacon Auto back in March of this year and since I have had this car have already been to the shop for this car 5 times. they did not even give me a two year ins sticker for this car which is almost new. its a 2006 suzuki forenza wagon which was only purchased last April from the prev owner. It only had a little over 15000 miles on it at purchase so all in all it should have been ok. wrong this car wont start write in the mornings. I had to threating to call the news to get them to replace to bad tires that they new where bad at the purchase of the car and the allignment was terrible. I really mad a long story very short I beg of you dont buy any thing FROM Chacon because they are not who they say they are.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Why Did You Buy It? Did You Check It Out?
AUTHOR: Jim - (U.S.A.)

You knew this car had problems in advance. You knew it had bad tires. Why did you buy it? Did you have a mechanic YOU PAID check this car out BEFORE you bought it? NOPE!
The car dealer needs you more than you need them. They aren't the only store in town and you are much too valuable as a potential customer and human to be a doormat.
Be well.
