Chad Suzuki - Legends Suzuki scammed ripped off LIED TOO MONEY HUNGRY CROOKS ROBBED ME WITH INFLATED PRICING Kansas City Kansas

I am writing to report false advertising on the part of Chad Franklin Suzuki. I entered into a vehicle with this organization under false pretence that it was a marketing strategy to advertise the new cars with no payment by the consumer on anything for a minimum of 4 years/and or free for life. The first year of the program everything was to be paid by them which included sales tax, monthly payments for one year and each year the car is to be returned with the same process until the end of the 4th year. My husband went into the same agreement.

I spoke with and did business with a Scott Ferris, Joe Friday and a Joe Consettlo. I specifically asked about any hidden possibilities, fees, and or cost to me whatsoever, and each time the response was no......Now I knkow nothing is free and I expressed this information at the time and was in agreement to pay something but didn't want any surprises!!! I stressed this to all I spoke with the date of purchase on 5/17/07. I was told that all the cash backs, incentives, rebates would take care of everything and that Free meant Free.

I have now been informed on 4/19/08 the day on go to return the car by a Shawn Bolten of multiply changes in this agreement. We now have to pay taxes on the vehicle ourselves, place a down payment, higher interest rates and return the car every six months. I have also been informed of the negative equity in the car and the fact the car price was inflated and almost double what it's worth. I would have never entered into this contract my credit was excellent and could have purchased a new car at a fraction what the terms are under this contract and I do not want my credit destroyed by this bogus misrepensentation.

Shawn Bolten's excuse to me was it's due to the recession and none of this was disclosed to me because he had no way to see into the future. Bull!!!!!
This crook new along with Mr Chad Franklin himself. I can't afford to keep this car at this inflated price.

Futhermore, they even had the nerve to combine my name with my husband's loan as a co-owner if we return the cars for the new ones, when we didn't get our first cars together. By the way, we are separated and they know this but again I was told "The bank said it had to be this way".

I will be call the lender because this appears to be fraudulant information again. I refused to sign the paper but my husband had signed a few days earlier got the new car and they don't have my signature on anything. I have a fraud alert on my account and hope my signature doesn't come up forged on this account.

Don't fall for it!! Stay away from Legends Suzuki, Chad Suzuki, or any of them for that reason.
