Chairworks America Ltd Peter Ravn, Ann Blank ChairWorks illegal Fraud against customers Lawrenceville, Georgia

First, I must say, these people are the WORST you will even encounter:  Although they are Jews, they make Hitler look like a saint - after you have to deal with them.

Chairworks has "limited Lifetime warranty" on their furniture we purchased, and few years after the pneumatic cylinder became defective I contact the company and provdie proof of purchase, and a picture showing the warranty card still attached to the chair -- What I found out later, it is not only ILLEGAL, but it is the WORST experience any customer can go thru

First, the FRAUD.  Chairworks executive created a shell company -- Arn Consulting Inc , 115 Chandon Ct,Duluth, GA 30097.  Then after refusing to honor the legit warranty claim, they use the shell company to funnel illegal charges thru this company.

The way it works is simple, first they deny your warranty claim, then they send you an invoice from "ARN Consulting" for the parts, which is the same company, but instead of honorying the warranty, they biill you for it, except they hide the transaction, production description and other details so it look like it has nothing to do with Chair Works.

NOW come the SLICK PART: Because CHAIRWORKS want to distance themself from transaction that run thru Arn Consulting Inc, they setup an account with Square Inc----walllah! and guess what, all the monies they charge thru Arn Consulting Inc goes directly into the bank account of Peter Ravn and Ann Black

I contact Peter Ravn Peter@chairworksmg.com who is suppose to be the "VICE PRISIDENT" and explain the issue to him, but unfortunately, since he is part of the issue, he refuse to do anything.

 I'm just filing this ripoff report because I believe customer have the right to now CHAIRWORKS is a RIPOFF company and it is conducting illegal activites across state lines, and I'm filing a FBI Report for this illegal and fraudulent action
