Paul Dunstan and his wife Brandie Dunstan of Cypress Creek Labradors are posing as legitimate dog handlers, trainers & breeders of "Champion" Labrador Retrievers.  Not only has Paul Dunstan never trained or handled a Champion Labrador Retriever, he has never bred a Champion Labrador Retriever.  Don't trust your animal with someone who has no legitimate references and who hasn't been in this business for a decent amount of time.  There are plenty of legitimate trainers and breeders who have been in the business for decades and they deserve your business because they have WORKED hard to establish their reputation.

Don't ever trust someone who walks around field trials holding the pedigree of a dog (that they don't even own) and trying to sell pups!  If it looks fishy....it probably is!  What man, in his mid-forties, starts a new career in a field that it takes YEARS to gain a strong reputation?
What kind of "business" has a website that isn't accessible to the public?  I thought the idea of a website was to attract people and "show your stuff" to the outside world.  What is it exactly that you are trying to hide Paul Dunstan?

If you are looking to have your retriever trained, there are plenty of legitimate trainers out there that have open websites and plenty of references that go back decades.  Don't trust your animal to someone who has NO HISTORY in this business.  I think that people that actually have field trial knowledge and hunting knowledge would know better because after talking with Paul Dunstan for 5 minutes, any person with this background will know that he has NO CLUE what he is talking about. 

Paul Dunstan is a run of the mill con artist and this is his latest gimick.  Take a look at his legal record and you will see a sad trail of bad credit and being in contempt of court for not paying his child support.  Don't go looking to sue Paul Dunstan because he has NO assets in his name!  He's smart like that! He likes to "work" in positions where he doesn't have to report his income....so that he doesn't have to pay his child support.  I think this speaks a lot about his character, or lack there of.  What father, no matter how much you "hate" your ex-wife, no matter how she "did you wrong", what father doesn't support his child?  I will tell you this....a real father would go to work at McDonald's and have his wages garnished.  Because a real father supports his child, no matter what.    

His young wife Brandie is the breadwinner in this family and I truly feel sorry for her because she has gotten herself mixed up with a professional manipulator and con artist who has problems with aggression and tells so many lies that he can't remember them all.  Watch out Brandie!  He's ruined your credit and once you get sick of his controlling, bi-polar, aggressive self, you won't get a penny!  If I were you, I would haul it back to my mama and cut my losses now!  Save yourself and your child.  He's not worth it!  Do you really want your child to grow up with Paul David as a role model?  You are such a hard worker!  I can tell you really want to make something of yourself!  Don't you ever just look at your situation and think, "what am I doing here?", "why am I the one working so hard?"  I feel for you!   

These people do not deserve your business.  They don't have a history and they don't have legitimate references.  Take your dog and your money to someone who has been training and breeding for a LONG TIME!  Breeding and selling dogs with one reputable bloodline does not make you a "Champion" breeder and it doesn't make you a "Champion" trainer.  I would be more careful with my advertising if I were you.....  

If I have to call every breeder and trainer in the country to warn them of you, I will.  But, I don't think I will have to do that....I think this little "business" will fall apart, just like all of your many careers.  Seriously!  How many careers can one man have!  What man starts over in his mid forties and says, "I think I'll start training and breeding hunting dogs!"  Someone who is a con artist. Somone that is a very smooth talker and can make anyone believe anything....except me!  He never knew I was onto him the whole time. 

In conclusion, I'll say that I believe in Karma.  Whatever you put out in world, you get back....10 fold.  I would be careful Paul David Dunstan, very careful.

I find that this goes hand in hand with the type of persons you truly are, and still no resolution to the BBB report filed against you or the Rip off report that I filed against you. You have had ample time to answer these complaints which were filed after you would not return our phone calls and chose to ignore the issues at hand, I have not chose to try to assasinate your character only point out facts relevant to the issues, you have chosen to avoid answering these issues by trying to make us out to be these wicked individuals.  I assure you that I am not the only one that has been fooled by you, fortunately they caught on quicker than I did!  As far as the type of people we are, I am a national and state of Tennessee registered First Responder, Volunteer Firefighter and K-9 Search and Rescue volunteer, none of these positions are paid wages, and I did have to go through an extensive background check to hold these volunteer positions. As for my husband, he  works for a contractor who was awarded Federal Govt contracts, as well he has had all of the necessary background checks, My husband has been employed in the same industry since he was 18 years old, he has been with the same employer since 2004 and travels extensively with his work.  Yes, I purchased my pups from 3 very reputable breeders in early 2010, one to be trained in SAR and 2 to be trained as hunting dogs, (same 2 females were in your care from 4/10 to 2/11, and apparently while in your care one was bred to some "Joe DOE" dog with in your backyard.  I did allow my 2 males to roam our 33 acre property, until October of 2010 when a 7000 sq. ft. fenced run was installed., so I highly doubt that my males could have been bred by some "Joe Doe Bulldog"thats just funny. Our Tug is DNA'd, Chance is neutered and my females were supposedly kenneled at your facility, for which I should not have had to worry about them being bred, (I was wrong) yes, I also have a chicken coupe, we raise free range chickens and our property is listed in our name it has a pond on it and is classified forestry, feel free to come by at anytime, our property records are public. 
We never have run from anyone and have never had a reason to lie, we bought our home in Tennessee in 3/2007, we left Michigan in 2002 and myself and my children traveled with my husband for his work, we moved here from Chowchilla California, when we moved to Tennesse, My husband returned to his work in California and then went onto Utah.
We have 2 trucks, 2 cars, 2 four wheelers, a tractor and an RV, all but one car is paid in full and I assure you we have good credit.
I can assure you my goal is not to be a puppy mill, all of my dogs are kept on frontline and Heartguard plus, they recieve their vaccinations from our veterinarian and are microchipped, they all were just taken to memphis for their annual CERF examine, and all passed, I do not believe in keeping a dog confined to "Kennels" they are allowed in and out of the house, they all take trips to town with me and I spend time with each one everyday. You see Paul, you allowed my one year old female to be bred, I had not planned to breed her until 2012, Dixie had her first heat end of February and has not been bred, and although i have been asked to stud Tug, I have not accepted, the only puppies I have are due to your negligence...My records for my dogs are an open book, I have  a great deal of time and money invested in our dogs and to this point have not made a dime.  Furthermore, I have never advertised to board dogs at my home or any other facility, I have passed several evaluations with my males and have CGC's on both of my male SAR dogs, as well as earned several ribbons on Tug, I think this would be a testament to my abilities as an obedience trainer in itself, all of my training records are available to anyone at anytime if requested.
We never "always paid late"as most of my payments to you were made by check, some cash and almost all have written reciepts from you, more than not the payments were made early. Myself and my minor children did spend the night at Paul and Brandies, I did not show up intoxicated, Paul was hosting his annual "White Trash Party" we were invited and because I live so far away, and  I wanted to have a few drinks, it was arranged ahead of time for us to stay the night.  I guess having to bring money to you early to pay your light bill and your child support was one of those terrible, terrible experiences you speak of, or when we made donations to your causes, another terrible experience? How about the books I lent to your wife to help with your marital problems, or the approx. 7000.00 dollars I spent for training on my females, seems you had no problem taking the money, only performing your promises.  I nor my husband has never threatened these individuals in anyway shape or form, my husband has had no part in any of this except to support me in my decisions.  I take much pride in my work with my search dogs, unfortunately I am ashamed that I entrusted the care of my females to someone else. 
My children have no part in any of this.  So if anyone has any questions you may contact me at anytime, with regard to the Dunstans and Cypress Creek Labradors, and even myself please do all of the background checks you want, I have nothing to hide, you see I take care of my responsibilities, you may not find that to be the case where the other party is concerned, I filed a complaint with the BBB in March and filed my complaint with this forum a few weeks ago, our female delivered her pups om 3-21-11, I think there as been enough time for the Dunstans to resolve this matter, this apparently was the only resolution they could come up with, a true testament to their character.
