Champia Real Estate Inspections Dishonest, unaccountable, overpriced, makes a mockery of customer service Peachtree Corners Georgia

*Consumer Suggestion: Never trust your favorite real estate agents suggestion when it comes to Home Inspector's

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

This company performed a completely negligent inspection of my home for nearly $700, and didn't note the extensive, dangerous electric and plumbing issues. They refuse to field complaints directly and send you to a separate warranty service that is equally useles. Im on the hook for thousands of dollars to make my home safe to live in, and they won't even refund my inspection.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Never trust your favorite real estate agents suggestion when it comes to Home Inspector's

AUTHOR: fraud Investigator - (USA)

Many  Home Inspector's across the country really have no qualifications that they could present to you as to why you should use this as your Home Inspector    They just run through a list of things to check that are in their software on their computer to tell you the step-by-step what to do but they don't have the ability to think outside of the box and look for things that are pretty obvious because they were never home builders.

In the state of Arizona you could become a Home Inspector with literally no qualifications.  Soon I will be posting a Rip Off Report about a home inspector that inspected our house so many things were never mentioned about the house that we own right now    Next time you want to have some fun call about Home Inspector and tell them that you plan to buy a house that has a natural gas ssystem.  Ask them if they do a leak check on natural gas systems    Anyone with the level of intelligence would want to know if the house if they plan to buy it has a natural gas system and it leaks or not.

It's time for people to start exposing Home Inspector is there I really do not know what they're doing except activate their mission of taking your money and trying to justify their crappy home inspection

Will you plan to buy house and your real estate agent suggest a particular Home Inspector look out warning I'm warning you that you are going to be a victim of the buddy system between your agent in the Home Inspector because the home inspector gets business for real estate agents they are not going to mention a bunch of problems because they are frayed that you will walk away from the house and the real estate agent will have to do more work to find you another house that doesn't have a shitload of problems .

call up your state that you live in and ask  your state government agency that regulates Home Inspector's what does it take to qualify to become a Home Inspector and you will be surprised how easy it is to become a whole inspector with VERY LITTLE  qualifications.

I  yep telling everyone be very skeptical of the Home Inspector their real estate agent tells you to use...
