Champion Boot ripoff El Paso Texas

A pair of boots for my husband was ordered in November 2005. My VISA card was immediately charged for the agreed price of $400. By February 2006, the boots were still not delivered. Several phonecalls later, we were informed that the boots were shipped, sometime in March. However, they never arrived to Cyprus. The post office, after I filed a search report, informed me that the said boots were shipped to Greece and, because nobody ever collected them (of course), they were returned.
In May 2006, we asked the credit card company for our money back. Because the complain was not filed within 3 months, it was not possible to have an immediate refund: they had to contact the company first. By July, still no response from the company. After repeated e-mails through their web-page, they responded that they wanted to ship the boots to the "right address" (my address was right all the time). I said we did not want the boots any more, we wanted our money. Silence... silence... silence... they are now a pair of boots and $400 richer. Why are people so unfair?
