champion communications weston, florida. billing for 900 call that was never made! weston, Florida

 i recieved a bill for 9.98 from champion communacations claimin i had made a 900 call, to  1 900 787 2325. (number is connected to a hacker site)    i called my phone company and they assured me no call was made on the date or time.   i have my 900 calls all blocked.

i called champion communacation and they refused to talk to me about bill, they only want a check or money order payable to them.   Next i call BBB and reported champion communications.   I believe this is all a scam on innocent people.   Please warn others!    They have no info on me,  only somehow they got my address and phone number probably from phone book.    As the bill did not have any account number.
