I paid $1000.00 to Champion School of Real Estate and I was guaranteed to pass the exam for real estate salesman license or get my money back. I have failed the exam for 3 times because nothing that the instructor promised us that it will be in the exam was there. I have even hight lighted in the books those comments that she maid about being in state or national exam.I am not the only person who have this experience. The PSI real estate exam is totally different than what they thought us. Even during the prep-course for the real estate the instructor skips the chapter on math saying that she don't know how to teach it and that it is ok to mark it wrong! When I called them to get my back they said "NO".
