Champion windows, siding, patio rooms Will not return my $1200.00 deposit they did nothing to deserve keeping the money no measuring or ordering just ripping me off, Internet

On 09/23/09 A sales person from Champion Windows came out to give me an estimate  for  new windows.  My windows are old steel framed windows from 1964. 

The first company that came out told me I needed new windows  and gave me a price of $8000.00 dollars that included taking out the old windows and installing brand new windows that were  vinyl with wooden frames on the inside.  I then called  Champion window for another estimate.  On 09/23/09 Eric Fiesman came out   and informed me it cheaper because I didn't need to take the old 1964 steel frames out  gave me a price of $7910. 00 he assured me that the steel frames would be fine let in and wouldn't make a difference on my energy bill.  He then told me that a installer would set up and appointment to measure and then they would order the windows.  The installer called me Monday the contract was signed that following Friday. When the installer called he wanted to come right out and I had to the my kids friends home so I told him not today.  When I arrived at my kids friends house they had a contractor there working and I told the contractor what I was having done and he started laughing he said I should go with the first window guy because it would look and not be energy efficient to leave the existing steel frames in the house. That they were ripping me off by doing replacement windows on a job that needed new windows.   I then called Champion and asked for my deposit back and the rude women on the phone said I had three business days to put in writing my cancellation.  I then told her that they had not measured or ordered anything and were not out any money

She then informed me to bad I am not getting my deposit back.  I then left a message for my sales person Eric and let him know how chessie his company is and I wanted my money back.  He never called me back but a man name Dave Norris left a message saying he would add new work to the order or take some off.  I never called him back.
