From all the stories and incidents regarding the new ANGEL OF DEATH aka arpiao its hard 2 believe he is not incarcerated himself!

I will make this short and sweet.I am a non felon able 2 vote and say what i feal when i feal the need 2!Except when a police man thinks or assumes diffrent!

I have been pulled over 20 times and never have i got a ticket or has the officer had probable cause!Yet my property and all i own is disrespected by officers of the LAW!1 time stands out the most and it is the most recent.Altough every time was a life changeing experiance!

Well 1 night i couldent6 sleep so i decide 2 go 4 a drive @ around 4 am in the mourning 2 get out of the house. So i go outside and enjoy the freedoms many have died 4 and as i am driveing along i see a X girlfriend walking down the street. So i stop 2 say high and ask her why she is out so early and B4 i got 2 the second question i had a under cover sargent and a SUV patrol man box me N!

The 1 incharge runs up 2 my window gun out pointed @ me saying put your hands up!So i say2him i have a GUN N he starts 2 act diffrent even though my rights say i can have 1 and carry it at all times.So he has me sitting on the sidewalk as he starts 2 question my friend. And after he asks her name he grabs her purse without asking permission or probable cause 2 do so and he proceds 2 walk towards my car!As he does this i notice he plans 2 dump the contents on my hood!I ask him please dont set that on my hood i dont want my paint scratched.And the next thing i know i got him and his buddy aka the SUV driver on me like white on rice also not 2 mention i am not a minority so i could imagine what i would have gone threw had i been 1.But anyways i get cuffed and thrown in the SUV a lady tag along or in training cop or whatever she was acted like i was going 2 rape her and rob her or somethin as i sit in the back in a cage unable 2 save my life if i had 2!Well she gets out of the suv and starts talking 2 the officer she was with.So i happin 2 look over and see the sargeant going threw my car without permission while i was hand cuffed and told i was ubstructing justice 4 not allowing him 2 use my car hood as a table!So after he throws everything in my car on the seats and ruffles threw everything 2 find nothing like the other 19 cops before him did.He walks up 2 the suv and tells me i can take you 2 jail anytime i want 2 so tell me where the drugs are!As degradeing as the whole situation was it only got worse so he starts 2 belittle me and try 2 use basic tactics 2 put him above me in everyway and make me out 2 be a criminal.So he proceeds 2 tell me i no your up 2 no good and im gunnuh catch you then he suggests 2 me that he call in a K9 2 find the drugs he knows i have.So i tell him i dont feal like a american right now i feal like a russian or j** would have dureing other times in history and 2 that he replies you have no rights and if i wanted 2 i could have you lost in the system!This makes me think 4 a moment waking up in the middle of the night is a crime decideing 2 go 4 a drive 2 get out of the house is a crime being concernd 4 a friend is a crime and protecting my property is also a crime?Well the next thing you no theygeta call and im not the CRIMINAL anymore he proceeds 2 take my clip out of my gun and throws it on the back seat then he throws my gun in the front seat takes the cuffs off and speeds away!So im left standing in the street fealing violated and mistreated with no avenue 2 complain change the problem or have my voice heard!And i can say i was not proud 2 be american @ that time!And if the fact you are guilty till proven inocent does not go by all we as AMERICANS stand 4.The story gets worse i am 33 years old and back when i was younger i had my son taken away from me due 2 slander and ignorance!For 1 thing im a normal citizen no criminal history besides being pulled over 20 times 4 no reason!The fact that my sons aunt told some people in the court system i was a drug dealer cost me all my parental rights!Even though i was falsely acused with no evidence or prior record the courts believed her and took my rights away!So as im dealing with driven 50 miles 2 visit my son with the lady that lied 2 get her way and custidy of my son so i drive 50 miles 2 get visitations in a little room with a counceler and the woman who took away my son just by saying i was a bad person!As i go threw drug tests and have 2 go out of my way 2 visit my son keep in mind im paying 4 everything aswell from drug tests 2 court fees so after i fight 2 get my son back with no success i find out the foster care placement he was put in had a child molester sherriff posse member runnin it and my son was abused 2 top it all off!All in the name of justice and the law!I also got 2 spend the night in the notorious maricopa county jail over civil traffic tickets and yes all the stories are TRUE about the torture chamber we call the county jail!And while i was in the gestapo processing ward i got 2 meet murderers child molesters and violent criminals and i found they are human 2 no matter the stereo typeing or slander they get they have kids and familys 2!Anyways everything i went threw and probably will go threw in the future makes me wonder do we live in america or is it all just a big FASAWD and only the powerful and those born rich have rights!The government and those who have influence never go threw the things a normal average everyday citizen does!
