Change Realty Bill Gaffney Signed us up to sell our home then pulled a dissapearing act! Terrible service, never returned phone calls. Put us in the MLS and put a sign in the yard and we never heard from him again. Change Realty and Bill Gaffney are a RipOff! Lake Oswego Oregon

One of the worst experiences that a home owner could ever have. This guy touts that he does all the same things as a normal realtor but for a fraction of the cost. That is a lie! We never have had a realtor sign us up and then refuse to call us back. Bill Gaffney wouldn't even call other realtors back when they wanted information about our house. Aweful Communication. I can't believe this guy has a license to sell houses.

Also, he completley lied to us about the value of our home. He told us one price and said it would sell no problem. He said he sold lots of homes in our area. We were on the market a few weeks and the one time he had someone call us it was to tell us he was wrong on the price and we needed to reduce our price! This guy is a bad person to deal with.

In addition he promised us this fantastic marketing program. We wrote everything down he said he was going to do. We were probable one of the few people who actually double checked. It was all a lie none of it was done. He didn't market our house at all!

The funny thing is we listed our home with the competitor we interviewed the same time as this jokster and they sold it in a week. Goes to show you this guys skill level.

AUTHOR: Bill Gaffney - ()

POSTED: Monday, May 19, 2014

This is very frustrating.  No part of this post is true.  We have never had a client name "Matt Chambers".  This post is entirely made up.  I find it interesting how Change Realty has been in business for five years with no complaints or negative reviews - and suddenly two anonymous posts pop up within five days of each other!

We pride ourselves on good communication with our clients and the broker community.  It is what has allowed us to close over three hundred (300) deals in the past few years.  Rather than learning about us from an anonymous post, please give us a call and we'd be happy to have you contact one of our past clients to hear their version of the type of service we provide.  We look forward to hearing from you...

Sincerely,

Bill Gaffney, Owner of Change Realty
