Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased a 55" Changhong 4K TV a few days ago, and, it doesn't work at 4K, even though I purchased a $130 4K HDMI Cable for it. Tech Support phone number 866-236-8701, rang busy all day, then, after finally getting through, there is voicemail, and no one has called me back. Sounds like a one man band operates this as an import business, and is too cheap to hire agents to support the product it sells. I strongly recommend no one buy these, till they improve their ability to support what they sell!

I finally got an email from Changhong, authorizing me to return the TV, or to try different cables. Though I'd purchased cables at BestBuy for about $130, it turns out they were defective. When I purchased HDMI 3 or 4, the TV now works beautifully, and I am so glad to own it, as it was 1/6th of the price I paid for my LG, and has the best picture I could ever wish to have on a TV. While I totally disagree with their tech support situation, i.e., email only, the phone number is a joke, I am now totally satisfied with the TV, and intend to buy a few more.
