In order to incorporate all ecommerce accounts and efforts we have approached ChannelAdvisor and after confirming the turnover we can produce/bring to them, they accepted to work with us two months ago. Immediately we paid for the welcome pack fee.

After waiitng for a guidance form London sales and support team for more than 4 weeks following, it came down to a fiery phone call then we have received guidelines of importing data. Which would work for only three of the locales we work with, in the mean time we were kept on paying the invoices even if we were able to work or use their services(!).

Our data and sales channel is distributed on different hosts and systems, acccording to ChannelAdvisor they can juggle this load but they are not able to bring in or implement any data with a simple importing technique from those sites. In order to recover the loss we made by signing a 12 month contract from them we have borught the data we can gather.

We are at the stage of not accepting our data, apparently they don't understand or show a clear way of importing the data to their system.

The dilemma of working with ChannelAdvisor is they don't work with you when you are small but when you are large enough they can't handle you

You need to start working with them when sales channel is blooming, if you are ripe enough they won't properly handle the demand or able to implement with with you.

Rule a thumb for your sales team is they don't sign you in unless you can bring 20K USD/month turnover through them so that they can milk 2KUSD out of you. There are also annoying points in smallprint as not being able to get a cut form the refund, discounts or rebates you make, they keep on charging whatever they see on the lumpsum.
