Chantilly Auto Body They stole a valuable ring in my car and cost me more money to get car inspected Chantilly Virginia

I went in to Chantilly Auto Body to get my car repaired after being involved in an accident. I went through the other person's insurance so they were paying for it. But in the long run I paid dearly for it. I got my car back 11 days later to find that they threw everything in my car in the trunk of the car without any car to my belongings. I had things hidden under my seat that were of value that yes should have taken out and tried to but too late. They lied and said that these items were loose when I had them sealed in a bag. What they didn't steal was thrown in the trunk of my car and not put neatly back where they found it! My mom's house flooded the same day, too many things happening at one time. I had some rings that belonged to my recently deceased mother and one was in a pill bottle that was worth $13,000. The idiots that cleaned out my car (which I never asked them to clean out my car), the issue with the car was on the outside NOT inside, therefore shouldn't have even been in the car except to drive it into the shop and out of the shop! They kept the other rings that were loose and stole that ring in the pill bottle. Then I had to get my car inspected and it cost me $22 for the inspector to adjust my headlight (the same headlight that Chantilly Auto Body replaced!) or I would have failed inspection on a car that is only 4 years old.

I WOULD NOT TAKE MY CAR TO CHANTILLY AUTO BODY!! THEY ARE THIEVES AND JUST PLAIN JERKS! THE MANAGER RYAN ALL HE DOES IS GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND!! I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND IF THAT RING GETS FOUND I HOPE THEY GET PROSECUTED!! MY MOM DIED AND IT WAS HER RING, I WANT THAT PERSON WHO STOLE IT TO BE PUNISHED AND THE MANAGER RYAN TO BE PUNISHED AS WELL FOR NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!

I will also be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. I have already filed a police report with Fairfax County Police!!
