Chantilly Autobody Worst experiance with my car repair Chantilly, Virginia

I have my Nissan senra I bought it a year ago. Someone hit my car in the front bumper. And the insurance is paid any repair...

So I went to Chantilly Autobody as referred by by Nissan Dealer.

I got the call from them that car is ready!!!

I took the car and while driving I feel something is wrong and in 10 minutes I went back to their shop and ask their engineer to look at that bumper.

The bumpers were not alligned. Looks like some body who is not professional fixed the bumper. There is big gap on one side and less gap in the other side of the bumper.

The engineer told me this is how the nissan parts are. They don't come same size and shape... blah blah blah... I believed him. And I was not happy with my new car having this ugly look.

After 2 months I saw cracks in my bumber in lower part. I am sure I didn't got into any accedent. I took the car to them and showed them. They said this is an accedent... They can't do anything. I said ok. May be possible. But I showed the bumper alignment to the gentleman in their shop and I mentioned that when I got the new bumper the guy told me about the nissan parts and will never get the same alignment. Guess what the new gentleman told me ... that the part is not from nissan and this should fit. And he took my car and fixed the alignment.

I am pissed off by their server as first time they gave me a wrong information. And I believed it. They think they are smart and they can bluff anyone.

Now I got my bumper aligned. But the crack they said is may becauase of accedent.

But I am 100% sure this is due to the alignment or some crappy parts they use.

They charged 1800 for the work. And with my experiance please please don't go their shop for anything...And don't believe their waranty...Also make sure that before giving the car if you have any dents or scraches. I found scraches after the repair.

What a ripoff
