I ordered some wallets from Chao Li (Yun) via email after he gave me his store website (Fachao.com). I asked for specific style & color wallets & he said he had them in stock. I paid him $220 for 4 Chanel wallets via PayPal (jamevale_time@hotmail.com) under Chao Li on June 23, '06, which I thought was a great deal!

I received the wallets & was disappointed because they were not the colors & styles I specifically asked for. I contacted Yun & he admitted his error & said he did not have the style I wanted in stock & that it was not worth sending it back to him because of the high cost of shipping to China. He asked to compensate me with a free wallet of my choice. I stupidly agreed & he sent me my free wallet of choice. Upon receipt, the wallet was again not the style I chose & I was quite upset.

I began getting suspicious & decided to call the Chanel Store in Hawaii & asked them how can I tell whether a wallet is an authentic Chanel. I was told there should be a number attached to the inner side of the wallet & also a registration card with the same number on it.

Well, I checked all of the wallets sent to me & each one does not have any attached registration numbers on the innerside of the wallet. There is a registration card with a number but that is of no use. That is how I found out these are all fakes.

I contacted the seller Yun again & told him the situation that his wallets are all fakes. He responded by saying they are all authentic & that he is an honest seller. I asked for a refund & his return address & he did not respond back to me. I reported him to PayPal, which is how I paid the $220. Paypal did not help me retrieve my refund & my case is closed. Paypal said seller proved he sent products to me so they can't do anything about it. I can't even send back the wallets because I have no address (was written in Chinese on label) & Paypal would not give me the address due to privacy act.

I also filed with Discover Card since that is the way I paid PayPal. It is pending but I don't think anything will come out of it since PayPal closed the case. Discover Card is just waiting until the waiting period ends & will recharge me the $220.

Is there any way I can get my money back after all of this? If not, how can I get this seller (www.fachao.com) banned from the internet or anywhere else to stop his cheating to others like he did me? False advertisement is against the law, isn't it?

Any help/advice, etc. will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you & much aloha!
