Charbroil,INC FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Stainless steel is really NOT stainless steel Columbus, Georgia

Charbroil Grill- COMMERCIAL GRADE!!!

I bought a Charbroil gas grill (Commercial Grade) for my husband 3 yrs. ago.   I also purchase a $100 grill cover it was in the grill anytime it was not in use. Within 3 years, the 2 back wheels rusted off, along with the entire bottom pan that holds the propane tack and the bottom of the doors were rusted inside. When I called Charbroil about these problems this is what I got:

1 Your product is out warranty I was told the only part that had a lifetime warranty was the burner. What good is that going to do me if the  rest of the grill has collapsed??

2 They would replace the parts at 50% off this would have run me over $150; I would be better off buying a new one. NOT A CHARBROIL!!!  I have bought much cheaper gas grills that have lasted MUCH longer!!

3 Not ALL parts are stainless steel and I should have checked  the warranty book  before buying  it,- First of all, when you purchase a grill the warranty book is NOT sitting there  for you to read, Secondly, If I buy something that is COMMERCIAL grade I expect it to last more than 3 years. If I am TOLD it is stainless steel, I expect it to be!!

4 The representative blamed me since the grill had not been used recently, According to her that would speed up the corrosion process. She proceeded to tell me how to clean my grill. Something that has been done on a regular basis!!

5 The representative attempted to blame it on me stating the girl could have bee I standing ware- after I had told her it was on a wooden deck and had never touched the ground

She went on to tell me that all the parts were NOT stainless steel- To me that is FALES advertising!! How a m any people think that a Commercial grade is going to hold up longer than a regular grill???

I am sure I am not the only consumer that has been taken by this FALSE  ADVERTISING!!! I just want people to educate themselves when it states COMMERCIAL STAINLESS STEEL!! This is a rouse to make you believe you are getting something you are NOT. I am highly disappointed and will NEVER purchase a Charbroil product again!! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH-I THOUGHT I HAD DONE MINE AND I GOT TAKEN!!!
