ChargeMeLater ripoff Elizabeth New Jersey

I received an e-mail of an adult website (porn ad) while checking it out, a small ad popped up and ask for my 4 digits of my SS#, name & phone number, promissing a month of the same stuff I was been curious about, but I did not recalled the name, for I was in a speciphic website, so I thought to join for a month as they promissed, and so on, but while I was about finish the small ad had dissappeared and I thought since I put down my email address probably I will be getting a bill, or a notice of membership, or some kind of info, but nothing happened, then since I'm in Miami, FL, we had two hurricanes passing through devastating the city, we all had all this issues to deal with, and since I never got bill for, I completaly forgot, I also moved to a different address due to Hurricane damages, and so I was dealing with my personal issues, when I received an email with a late fee from ChargeMeLater.com, and they asking me to pay, I did reply explaining what happened, but they sent me an email pointing at FAQ #21, I thought it was not enough and tried a second time, I called their customer service phone and is always loaded with callers and to try to call later and hangs up, or rings forever, they keep sending me emails to pay off, and late fees, which 'Is Simply Ridiculous' I had bad experiences in the past and I know how they operate, I can feel a collectors will be contacting me, can anyone help??? Thank you
