Further update to my rebuttals, I have filed a police report regarding the misue of my name as used to slander my good friend and attorney Charles. 

Charles has always been there to support me and my family both professionally and personally. He wouldn't rip off anybody and has absolutely no need to. Truly, anybody who believes these reports does not know this kind and gentle man who worked his tail off for years to give his family the best life he could. 

Shame on you all for presenting these crooked reports!!

This is my second rebuttal to this report which has been designed by the con artists themselves, and attempts have been made to profit from it, though I wish I could figure out the sick envy.

Charles is my family friend and lawyer and has never ripped me off, but in fact helped my family during some very rough times during my various deployments. 

I can assure you that you will never find a more compassionate and unselfish man. Everybody will tell you the same thing.

Put this to rest people !!

I spent years fighting in the Middle East and have seen it all, but nothing like the sick people who are trying to defame my friend and lawyer Charles. As the report erroneously states, Charles has never defrauded me in any way....in fact quite the opposite......he helped me financially when my family needed housing during my tenure in Afghanistan. Anybody who has something to say can approach me qand get the real facts.

I am very upset that anyone would steal our names to create this ruthless report. Shame on you all!!

I have known Charles for 40 years, during our time as federal criminal defense lawyers. I went on to become Chief Justice for the Courts in the State of New Jersey with a decades long continuing relationship with Charles, who proved to be one of the most prominent attorneys in his federal district. He has never owned or operated any business outside of his law practice.

As the record will reflect, these entries are nothing more than vicious attempts by his cousin David Alexander to slander both him and his son Alex. Anybody with any sense or any relationship experience with Charles, either personal or business will know it's all pure slander. Anybody who choses to capitalize on it is as sick as the individuals who have concocted these rambling diatribes. 

What a venomous world in which we live!!

My name is Kamran and I was also conned by Charlie Burt. I was deployed to Iraq for a few years and got an email from Charlie off an investors forum I was on. He asked if I would buy iraqi dinars and send them to him for resale, which I did.

He came through on the payments twice in 2006. In 2008 I sent him 5,500 USD worth of Iraqi Dinars and to this day have been in a struggle to see the money. Thanks to him not giving me my money, I was throw into financial turmoil. Everything just seem to spiral downhill after losing that five grand. I had to pull out of a house I was buying, I take care of my family and instead of using that five grand in the bank I had to take a loan to pay my sisters tuition for school and then when the economy took a turn for the worst things got really bad. Things still arent so great, and I'm thinking of accepting a deployment to Afghanistan now just to make some more money. I've emailed him for two years asking and being patient, when all he does is lie to me and never send me anything. He now has even stopped responding to my emails.

I have paper trails of all the emails i've sent and saved them from the last two years where he acknowledges lieing to me, not paying me and taking the dinars. Last month I told him if he didnt pay me, I would start looking into filing a Small claims suit...he never responded back.

Any help or advice in this situation would be great from anyone, otherwise I guess I'll contact the doylestown municipal courts and police department and see if they can be of any assistance.

Sorry to all who have been hurt by this man....he really screwed me bad.

I am the original author of this report.  To any/all readers, please note that Joe Lucci is an honest, hard-working gentleman who was also taken in and victimized by Charles Burt.  By including his name in the original report, I did not intend to defame him, but simply to note that Burt had put him to work trying to promote his business, which Joe did in a completely legitimate way.  Unfortunately for Joe, he is now feeling the pain like all of us who had any dealings with Burt.
