This is how the sales page of Income Cloner 2.0 by Charles Ryder ends up:
""All you have to do to get your FREE DVD is pay $7.95 shipping and handling to cover the cost of making the DVD and shipping it out to you. (Outside US $11.95 S/H). Then in a couple days you will receive the DVD in your mail box. Once you get your DVD make sure to watch it right away so you can get started making tons of money on the Internet.Simply Fill in your Name and Email address to receive your FREE DVD and you will be forwarded to a secure page where you can give me your shipping details!"".

Based on the written material, I paid for the international DVD shipping. I received the income cloner DVD in which it included a long sales performance acted by Charles Ryder himself. Charles ended up his dvd cloner with a sales pitch over two hundred dollars to coach the person to make money over '$100,000'. Apparently, I did not act to subscribe to the scheme at all. After a month or so, from receiving the free dvd income cloner, the income cloner issue 2 was posted to me. I was not sure at all what was it for and about?!.... I thought that this is part of another sales pitch trial. Apparently, I did not listen to it. This continued until I received income cloner issue 4. I checked my bank statement and I was distraught that the company is withdrawing from my own account a cost of $97 + international shipping that is over $11. All these withdrawals were taking place without my consent. The consent was only made for the free DVD issue and the international shipping. It is completely sad and I am totally angry about the sleazy sales undergoing nowadays with many internet gurus. So straight away, I contacted the charles Ryder's support and expressed my serious concerns and requesting for refunding all the money withdrawn and cancel any account I have with them. Interestingly, the support response was more worse by trying to perform another sales pitch neglecting the serious legal misconduct. All the things I talked about in that support ticket was sidetracked by providing me an alternative offer as I am a precious client for them and they do not want to lose me!!!. The DVD offer would be $27. I felt sick of such attempt. Below is a copy of this 'bribe':

Amy responded to me by saying after long babbling about the importance of the service:

Please let me know if you want to continue getting these life
changing DVD's for the HUGE price CUT of 70% off or if you want
to cancel your membership.

I want to thank you for being a great customer.

Apparently, I refused and sent her a reply that I want to cancel the account and refund all the money withdrawn. Unfortunately, her reply was that the account is canceled and she will refund me just one month. I am not happy at all with this solution. Her email was as follows:

"HI,

I have canceled your account for you. A refund for the May charge is in process. Please allow 72 hours for the credit. We can't refund you beyond that as we have a 30 day refund policy and the other charges are past that.

The issue here the refund for the other earlier three months was not made. I refuse this settlement for the following reasons:

1) I have no purchase account in the first place. To assume or actually to impose on me that I have an account and use my bank details is illegal. I insist that I have no purchasing account with you and I have never asked you to send me the serial DVD incomecloner.
2) The refund policy does not apply on this case as I have never ever given you a consent to withdraw from my bank account except for the international shipping of the free DVD that is clearly stated on your sales page.

As I do not want to go into details about a list of other reasons to refute the company's grounds of its practices such as the vacuous claims, the shallowness of information, the overcharged DVD, the sleazy sales methods and many others, the illegal bribing, and the infringement of the consumers' rights,I would sufficiently back my claim against the company on the basis of the above mentioned two statements.
