My Homeowner's Associated used Mr. Charles Lively's company, Crossroads Paving and Concrete, to widen our driveway. After only a few months, the asphault began to crumble and crack. On our contract, we had a one-year warranty.
Our management company and I called him many times throughout the year, and every time he would say he would come by "at the end of the week" or "sometime next week" to fix the job.
HE NEVER CAME, and LIED to us many times. We have sense sued him and received a judgment from the court for restitution. However, he refuses to pay the money back. I would NEVER recommend anyone else using this contractor who refuses to hold up his end of the bargain, and lies to your face multiple times.
